DIDMARTON - FLOW YOGA on Mondays
Start your week with breath, movement, positivity and a smile.
A friendly and accessible class welcoming all levels of students, from total beginners to more seasoned practitioners. The classes are designed to build strength, balance and flexibility in the body and mind … you will feel awake, energized, focused and ready for the week and you might even break a sweat!
Booked in termly blocks @ £9 per class. Occasional drop-in spaces available – please contact me to enquire.
Next term begins on 4th November until 16th December @£54 for term.
Note: This term is 6 weeks as there is no class on November 18th
DOYNTON - HATHA FLOW on Thursdays
Strengthen, lengthen, move, smile, unwind and stoke your vitality.
Moderately paced and suitable for everyone from total yoga newbies to seasoned practitioners. This is a friendly class where questions and enquiry are encouraged so individuals can develop their practice at their own pace. Yogic themes inspire our practice each week. My aim is that you leave the class feeling much better than when you arrived.

Note: Hall is closed for car park resurfacing on 14th and 21st November so there will be no classes on these dates.
WOODCHESTER - FLOW YOGA on Fridays
Yoga embodiment with a small group of like-minded women. A grounding and energising way to start your weekend by connecting through body, breath, intention and togetherness. Expect uplifting flowing asana sequences, static postures, breath and subtle body practices and mindful meditations all woven with philosophy, mudra and mantra.
Open to all levels.
Remaining dates until end of year are 8th and 29th November, 6th and 13th December.
