‘Yoga must not be practised to control the body: it is the opposite, it must bring freedom to the body, all the freedom it needs.’ 



Along with The Centre for Appearance Research, I have been developing yoga interventions with the aim to have a positive impact on body image.  Some of our latest research has shown that after 4 yoga sessions, the participants reported enhanced body satisfaction, the benefits of which remained 3 months after the intervention.
