LUXURY YOGA HOLIDAY IN SRI LANKA
21st – 28th November 2020
An exclusive yoga retreat in Sri Lanka’s award winning villa (voted best Luxury Sea Villa in Sri Lanka 2018). Spend a week indulging in sunshine, yoga, beach walks and moon gazing with me and other like-minded yogis at this private beachfront home between Tangalle and Dikwella in South West Sri Lanka.
Meda Gedara ( see video ) offers a wonderful energy and provides a haven of calm sophistication – perfect for your yoga practice.
You can expect early morning kriya sessions and a morning and evening yoga class held in the stunning yoga shala with the backdrop of the sound of the ocean rolling onto the beach. We will take you on an excursion as part of the yoga programme as well as one day of leisure which can be spent exploring further afield, with Udawalawe National Park and the Unesco Galle Fort both an easy drive away.
Our personal chef Roshan and his team will provide a healthy and hearty brunch daily and a three course vegetarian meal every evening. Take a look at what to expect: Villa Meda Gedara
Between yoga classes you have the time to relax, walk the beach, enjoy the tiered pools of the villa, visit the nearby temple, spice plantations, wildlife reserves and explore the local culture.
The villa has direct access to the sublime beach at the bottom of the garden. We will gather one evening for a meditation session, a fire and some yoga philosophy.
