I have been practising yoga for  two years with with Sam. A lovely lady, great teacher and mentor. Has a great understanding of what everyone needs, no matter what level you are at!  Each session I come away revitalised, calmer in mind and more focused on what really matters in life! 

Sam is dedicated, compassionate and deeply human; she lifts you up. With a tenacious curiosity for the human body, her practice always has a strong academic theme underpinning it but is always accessible to everyone. Love her!  

Sam has an amazing ability to be able to read the energy in a class and then to teach the class that you need – whether that is a fast flowing vinyasa or a slow gentle restorative practice.
