Full Body Airing

An hour long practice for a full body airing. Breathe, move and focus the mind.



This was filmed with a bit of distance between me and the camera in order that you can practice without looking at the screen so often .... come to your mat trusting your inner teacher, listening to my cues (you've heard them all before) and listening to your body.


note: you might like to use a speaker to amplify my voice so you can focus on my words and draw your dristi (gaze) inwards.
