Love your Body - Part 2

The second in a series of 4 short practices inspired by the yoga intervention I wrote for the Centre for Appearance Studies at the University of the West of England.  This research evidenced a significant impact in body image satisfaction within the study group.  This practice can be enjoyed by itself or combined with the subsequent films to create a longer practice.
