Hamstrings and Hips - Mini Practice

A short floor-based sequence to ease your way into your legs and hips as you emerge from Xmas.

 

This short practice is without narrative, so remember how we practice this in class everyone!  Maintain tone in your abdominals, aim to maintain your lumbar curve and relax your jaw whilst practicing.
