Modified Sun Salutation - mini practices

A modified sun salutation for those days when you are very short on time.  

 

Repeat this sequence several times either staying in each posture for 5 breaths or move from posture to posture on each breath.

 

Note! There are no instructions on this video.  The intention is that it serves as a reminder of what we have been exploring in class.
