A very brief sequence with the cobra to forearm plank combo we have been practicing all month.
Remember to add this combo into your practice to strengthen core and don't forget to isometrically hug your elbows back towards your feet, your feet towards your elbows and lengthen your tailbone towards your heels.
Maybe you can stay for more breaths each time?
