CALCOT MANOR SPA

Closed sessions for members only.  Book at via the Calcot app.

 

Flow-style classes designed to build strength, balance and flexibility in the body and mind.  A synergy of contemporary and traditional yogic wisdom and exploration of all aspects of krama vinyasa.  We will consider how your yoga practice can bring energy and radiance to the rest of your life.  Be prepared to move, breath and focus.  We end with a guided relaxation, you will leave feeling renewed and enlivened – you may also sweat!

THE HANGAR - DYSON

 

Recharge, revive and enliven your working day. 

 

Private yoga classes for Dyson staff.  Join me to enjoy the many benefits of a regular yoga practice including reduced stress and anxiety, better sleep and release of tension.

 

The classes are based on traditional hatha yoga postures and philosophies and modified through contemporary scientific understanding of the body and mind to support our modern lives.

These classes aim to refresh, revive and re-energise your lunchtime with a lively and upbeat yoga flow.  Designed to build strength, balance and flexibility in the body and mind, we will explore foundation, bandha, transitions and breath and end with guided relaxation.  You will feel awake and enlivened – you may also sweat! 

 

Note: Gym assessment is a pre-requisite for attending yoga sessions.
