Join me to get off of your mat, out of your head and into the flow with an experimental afternoon of yoga play. 

 

Designed to inspire creative sequencing for your yoga classes, we will begin with the traditional vinyasa krama approach to sequencing and move into letting go of what we think we need to know so we can find out what’s really waiting to be revealed through your body.

This is not a yoga class … this is a participatory workshop with focus on play rather than work.
